Sep 2022 – Dec 2022 (participation period only; full project: Jan 2022 – Dec 2022)

WonderScope is a peripheral hardware system for mobile devices that enables "magic lens" AR interactions directly on the surface of physical exhibits. The device utilizes an RFID tag to establish a spatial origin and combines data from displacement sensors and an IMU to precisely track its position across various materials. This setup allows users to perceive the mobile screen as a see-through or magnifying portal, providing situated digital information without distracting from the real-world object
